As important raw materials for national economic development, copperis far from meeting domestic consumption, which leads to a high degree of dependence on foreign resourcesto the consumption demands, and formulates a safe supply strategy for Cu, Al, Pb, Zn resources.Various strategic measures should be implemented to ensure the safety of Cu, Al, Pb, Zn metal resources, strengthening secondary resource recovery, and actively utilizing overseas resources.
